Deborah Lieberman

PAC

Hi there, I’m Deborah Lieberman, a board-certified physician assistant who has worked in Family Practice since 2016.  I am thrilled to be joining Dr. Fields at Healing Gardens Health Center in a practice in which providers have the time to comprehensively address patient concerns.

I attended Brandeis University, near Boston for my undergraduate degree.  Later, I attended CSU for Masters Degrees in French and TESOL/Linguistics.  I am fluent in French and dabble in Medical Spanish.  I graduated from PA studies at Red Rocks Community College in Colorado with a concurrent Masters in Medical Sciences from Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania.

I am attending the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM) online and I becamelevel 1 certified in Fall 2024. Prior to this, I completed courses with the Kresser Institute, Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), and Dr. Datis Kharrazian. I have worked closely with Dr. Fields since May 2021 and learn a great deal from her mentoring. My passion is figuring out the puzzle pieces of the root causes of dis-ease and assisting patients to find their personal path to thriving instead of merely surviving.

Prior to this career, I worked as a neuromuscular massage therapist for thirteen years. I have a background researching and writing about natural medicine as well.  I look forward to working with you on the best health care solutions for your wellness.  I enjoy taking care of patients across the lifespan, including multi-generational families.  My husband and I raised and launched three wonderful young adults in our blended family, and now we are the grandparents of two boys (born in 2019 and 2021).   In my free time, I enjoy aerial arts, yoga, biking, hiking, telemark skiing, and in quieter moments I play clarinet, read and knit.
