  • Yes, although Dr. Fields is not personally accepting new primary care patients at this time, she is available for functional integrative medicine consultations. Dr. Fields also oversees the care of all new patients scheduled through our other practitioners, Deborah Liebermann, PAC and Bry Kring, NP.

  • At The Healing Gardens, we provide exceptional integrative/primary care with lengthy appointments. We strongly believe we are educators and when a patient is given time, education, and choices all of this takes longer. Unfortunately, the insurance model does not cover our provider’s time adequately. So like all other integrative clinics, we will need to minimize the insurance plans we do work with and remain in-network with. We, as always, will work hard to bill all services such as labs and testing using your plan. For now, we will continue billing for United, UMR and Cigna insurance.

    As of June 1, 2024, we will no longer be contracted with insurance companies other than Cigna. And thus, will no longer submit your bills to insurance on our end. We will continue to work with Cigna for the time being, but will be exiting all insurance including Cigna by year end. We will keep you informed and certainly give you 90 days notice prior to exiting Cigna.

    What this means for you: We are no longer contracted with insurance companies. However, you may still submit your superbills to your insurance on your own for reimbursement. The new process is that payment is due at time of service and we will provide you the documents to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

    We will ask for payment at the time of service and we will provide you with the superbills so you can submit to your insurance. Many of you have already been doing this without issues, so we feel confident in continuing to assist our patients if they need help with this process.

  • You can pay your bill easily online with “Xpress-pay it!” by following this link here.

  • Unless instructed otherwise, the nursing staff will call you when your results are in to schedule an appointment for you.

  • Depending on your nutritional needs, a Myers “Cocktail” may be offered to you, It includes magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, minerals, and B vitamins. We also offer many other vitamin infusions to meet all your medical needs.

  • Please contact your pharmacy directly to have them fax us the refill request. Our fax number is 970-472-6799.

    Your pharmacist will review your chart and contact your doctor for any needed authorizations. Refill requests that we receive from pharmacists are processed Monday – Friday only.
