Paul Slaughter, LMFT

I have 27 years as a psychotherapist and over 30 years of meditation practice. I see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, or with their relationships. My clients discover unconscious beliefs and habits of perception–and ways to change them. This is important!
I use an experiential mindfulness-based approach, Hakomi, which neuroscience has shown to be effective. I welcome people with anxiety, depression, anger, social anxieties, and addictive behaviors who want to live more fully.
